The Amazon app store is coming to Europe with an exclusive service "free app of the day". The app store for Android devices (smart phones and tablets) Amazon has arrived in UK (and other countries like France, Germany or the Spain) with the intent to provide users some of the most popular applications and games, but it have to compete Google Play on the European market.


The new store, called as 'Apps Store', will offer Android users the ability to download games or applications such as Price of Kings, Lovers Fire, Top 40 or Prince of Kingdom. Amazon said in a statement that, the store includes features familiar to users of Amazon as recommendations, valuations and payment option 1-Click.

Also noteworthy is the launch of a service called 'The free app of the day', where a payment app will be free for 24 hours. For today, it is the ad-free version of the popular Angry Birds. Tomorrow, the free app will play Plants vs. Zombies.

Developers also have space at this online store. Through Amazon Web Services platform, they can design their applications, publish, sell or use leader boards.

The 'Apps Store' is now available for download on Android.
